  Sam is pooping over the top of a black truck.  

 Sam´s junk driver is not and never was a junkie or Mexican. It´s a lie. Is not and never was in a clinic table and trapped in one of Sam´s asshole parties. And is not there from nowhere doing Sam´s job.  

  It make part of Sam´s job to dirt, to poop over people to clean is job and his ass.
